The QualityKiosk Associate Consultant goes through an intensive in-house training program. Within one year, an Associate Consultant will undergo enough training to ensure on-site independence.
Upon being hired, Associate Consultants enter a probationary period where they receive intensive training and mentoring in the leading automated testing tools (IBM Rational, Mercury interactive, Compuware and others), advanced scripting techniques and test automation methodology. This training takes place in the form of classroom instruction, mentoring and lab assignments. Lab assignments are completed under the direction of the Sr Consultant, who mentors each new Associate Consultant and closely monitors and evaluates his progress.
By the end of the first year, Associate Consultants can expect to become proficient in both automated testing tools and test automation methodology. They should be able to confidently implement test automation using non-trivial technique under minimal supervision, and to assess and improve a client's test process. |
