This training takes place in the form of classroom instruction, mentoring and lab assignments. Lab assignments are completed under the direction of the Sr Consultant, who mentors each new Associate Consultant and closely monitors and evaluates his progress.

By the end of the first year, Associate Consultants can expect to become proficient in both automated testing tools and test automation methodology.
